Services We Offer

Grant Strategy & Development

We help organizations pursue funding in ways that align with their mission, capacity, and long-term sustainability.

Our grant work is structured to be clear and fair, reflecting the industry-average time required to produce competitive proposals and the level of support organizations need beyond submission.

Per-Grant Support
Most grants require 3–6 hours of work, depending on complexity.

Standard Grant Package — $350
Typically includes:

  • Grant research and alignment review

  • Proposal drafting and revisions

  • Submission support

Complex Grant Package — $450–$500
Used when grants require:

  • Deeper research

  • Multiple attachments or data inputs

  • Partner coordination or compliance review

Most organizations fall into the Standard Grant Package.

Ongoing Grant Management & Support (Monthly Retainer)
Grant writing is only one part of a healthy funding strategy. Many organizations also need support after grants are awarded and between submission cycles to stay organized, compliant, and prepared.

Our monthly grant management support provides that continuity.

Grant Management Retainer — $500–$1,000 per month
Typically includes:

  • Tracking awarded grants and reporting deadlines

  • Managing grant calendars and requirements

  • Assistance with narrative grant reporting

  • Funder communication and relationship support

  • Renewal planning and grant pipeline development

  • Ongoing grant readiness between submission cycles

Important Notes

  • New grant submissions are not included in the monthly retainer

  • Each new grant is scoped and priced separately at $350 (or $450–$500 if complex)

This structure allows organizations to move from one-time grant writing into long-term funding stability.

How This Typically Works
Most organizations begin with per-grant support and transition into a monthly grant management retainer as their funding portfolio grows.

  • The goal is sustainability, not constant content churn

  • Organizational consulting and execution are scoped separately

Fundraising & Donor Development

We help organizations build internal confidence, consistency, and sustainable fundraising systems. This work combines strategy, donor development, and coaching and is designed to strengthen people and processes—not replace staff.

Our fundraising support focuses on building capacity that holds up over time, especially for organizations without a dedicated development team or formal fundraising experience.

Phase 1: Fundraising & Donor Development Prep
$5,000 (one-time engagement)

This preparation phase establishes the foundation needed for effective, realistic fundraising.

Typically includes:

  • Fundraising and donor readiness assessment

  • Review of donor data, messaging, and systems

  • Clarification of staff and leadership fundraising roles

  • Donor engagement and stewardship framework

  • Fundraising approach aligned with organizational capacity

This phase ensures fundraising efforts are aligned, achievable, and sustainable.

Phase 2: Ongoing Fundraising & Donor Coaching
$1,500–$2,000 per month

This is an ongoing coaching engagement focused on execution, learning, and accountability.

Typically includes:

  • Regular coaching sessions with staff and key fundraisers

  • Donor strategy refinement and troubleshooting

  • Support navigating donor-led and board-led fundraising environments

  • Messaging, outreach, and stewardship coaching

  • Accountability and progress check-ins

A 3–6 month minimum commitment is recommended for meaningful results.

Important Notes on Scope

  • This is a coaching and capacity-building engagement

  • Direct solicitation, donor management, or event execution are scoped separately

  • The goal is long-term fundraising health, not short-term wins
