Who We Are

Pathfinder Collective is a family-led consulting practice grounded in lived experience, long-term relationships, and results.

Our founder brings over 30 years of collective experience in nonprofit leadership, housing, fundraising, and systems building, with a track record of raising and leveraging hundreds of millions of dollars into Southern Oregon and communities beyond. That experience shapes how we approach strategy, fundraising, and organizational development—focused on sustainability, alignment, and real-world execution rather than theory.

Marchand brings years of experience in frontline work, program development, event planning, and management. Her background ensures our work remains grounded in people, operations, and what it actually takes to run effective programs day to day.

Our children have been part of this work every step of the way, volunteering alongside us and learning what it means to serve community with humility and purpose. Our daughter Alysa has not formally joined the team yet, but we look forward to bringing her photography and event planning skills into the work as Pathfinder Collective continues to grow.

Pathfinder Collective is supported by a trusted team. Courtney Bucey serves as our lead grant writer, bringing precision, clarity, and deep experience in proposal development. Josh leads our web and social media work, helping organizations translate their mission into clear, accessible digital spaces.

Now that all of our children have started families of their own, building Pathfinder Collective became something more intentional. This work is not only about supporting organizations today, but about passing on knowledge, values, and experience to the next generation—so they can carry this work forward and use it to bless others.
