Meet the Pathfinder Collective Consulting Network
Homeless Solutions Consultants (HSC) works alongside communities, nonprofits, and public partners to design and strengthen practical, humane responses to homelessness. HSC specializes in helping organizations move from vision to implementation by building systems that connect outreach, shelter, housing, and services into a functional continuum of care.
Through HSC, we provide technical assistance and coaching on shelter development, transitional housing models, micro-villages, systems planning, and organizational readiness. This work is grounded in real-world experience supporting both rural and urban communities, with a strong emphasis on operational sustainability, community fit, and long-term outcomes.
HSC’s approach is collaborative and capacity-focused. Rather than creating one-off programs, the work centers on helping communities build the internal structure, partnerships, and funding strategies needed to sustain services over time. This includes strategic planning, grant development, operational design, and leadership coaching.
