Triple Nickel Pines Alpaca Rescue (TNP) is an emerging nonprofit alpaca rescue and sanctuary focused on animal welfare, education, and responsible stewardship. The organization is being built to provide safe, long-term care for alpacas while promoting humane treatment, community education, and sustainable rescue practices.
Pathfinder Collective is supporting TNP during its formative stage, helping establish the organizational foundation needed for long-term sustainability. This includes guidance on nonprofit development, early fundraising strategy, grant readiness, and systems that support responsible growth.

Pathfinder Collective is honored to support Del Norte Mission Possible, a community-driven nonprofit based in Crescent City, California that provides emergency shelter, navigation, outreach, and a continuum of supportive services to individuals and families experiencing homelessness or housing instability.
This engagement is delivered through Homeless Solutions Consultants (HSC), partnering closely with DNMP’s leadership to strengthen strategic planning, operational readiness, fundraising and resource development, and systems-level support across shelter operations, case management, outreach, and service navigation. Through this collaboration, we support DNMP in advancing its mission of building pathways to stability rooted in dignity, compassion, and community connection.
Unity Homes Inc is a community organization dedicated to strengthening behavioral health support systems in rural Eastern Oregon by developing home-based care and housing pathways that promote stability, dignity, and long-term wellbeing. The initiative is currently focused on planning and licensing adult mental health foster care services and building the foundational support needed to establish stable, home-centered behavioral health resources in the community. Stairway to Freedom is a forming recovery housing initiative in the Rogue Valley focused on creating safe, supportive homes for individuals working toward long-term recovery. The effort is grounded in the belief that stable housing, accountability, and community are essential components of sustained recovery.
